11 & Older:  12:00 – 3:00 PM

FORMAT
Monday-Tuesday-Thursday
Stickhanding, Shooting, & Team Skills:  80-90 Minutes
Small Games:  20-30 Minutes
Power Skating Skills & Overspeed Training:  50-60 Minutes

Wednesday-Friday
Stickhandling, Passing & Shooting Skills:  60 Minutes
Power Skating Skills & Overspeed Training:  60 Minutes
Full-Ice Scrimmage:  60 Minutes
