NOTHING BUT NET HOCKEY SKILLS Nothing But Net Hockey Skills was founded in 1994 by Rob Keegan. Rob played youth hockey in Deerfield, Illinois prior to playing at the Tier I level for the Chicago Spitfires and Chicago Young Americans. He prepped at Berkshire School in Sheffield, Massachusetts and played four years at Penn State University. Rob graduated from Penn State second on the all-time scoring list, a two-time “MVP” and team captain. Twice an ACHA All-American, he received the prestigious Bob Johnson Award as the “National Player of the Year” in his senior campaign. As the first Penn State player to attend an NHL training camp he enjoyed brief stints with Macon (CHL), Johnstown (ECHL), Cleveland (IHL) and the Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL). In February 2002, Rob was inducted into the Penn State Hockey Hall of Fame. All Nothing But Net Hockey Skills senior instructors have been individually trained by Rob Keegan to insure consistent teaching and format.
